جولات رقابية تكشف مخالفات في بيروت… محاضر ضبط بحق مولدات خاصة

في إطار تعزيز الرقابة على الأسواق وضبط المخالفات، نفّذت مديرية حماية المستهلك في وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة، بمؤازرة جهاز أمن الدولة، سلسلة جولات رقابية في عدد من مناطق العاصمة بيروت ومحيطها، شملت قطاعات المولدات الخاصة، المواد الغذائية، والسلع الصناعية. في قطاع المولدات، تم تنظيم محضري ضبط في منطقتي الحمرا والمصيطبة،

الأول بحق أحد أصحاب المولدات لعدم تركيب العدادات خلافاً للقرار رقم 40/1/أت، والثاني لمخالفة التسعيرة الرسمية وإصدار الفواتير بالدولار حصراً. كما تم تنظيم محضري ضبط إضافيين بحق مولدين في بيروت.

As part of strengthening market oversight and controlling violations, the Consumer Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Economy and Trade, with the support of State Security, carried out a series of inspection tours in several areas of Beirut and its surroundings, covering the sectors of private generators, food products, and industrial goods.

In the generator sector, two violation reports were issued in the areas of Hamra and Msaytbeh. The first was against a generator owner for failing to install meters in violation of decision No. 40/1/AT, and the second for breaching the official pricing and issuing invoices exclusively in dollars. Two additional violation reports were also issued against generators in Beirut
