ضربات إسرائيلية في لبنان تستهدف القطاع الصحي وتثير تحذيرات من تكرار سيناريو غزة
حذّر أطباء ومنظمات إنسانية من أن الضربات الإسرائيلية في لبنان بدأت تستهدف البنية الصحية، في نمط يشبه ما حدث في غزة، مما يضع النظام الصحي الهش تحت ضغط شديد.
منذ تجدد القتال في 2 مارس، قُتل ما لا يقل عن 56 من العاملين في المجال الصحي، وتعرض أكثر من 150 سيارة إسعاف وفرق طوارئ لهجمات، بحسب وزارة الصحة اللبنانية. كما أُجبرت 6 مستشفيات و49 عيادة على الإغلاق.
وقالت منظمة العفو الدولية إن إسرائيل تستخدم في لبنان نفس الأسلوب الذي استخدمته في غزة عام 2024، والذي أدى إلى مقتل عشرات العاملين في المجال الطبي وتدمير خدمات الرعاية الصحية.
من جهته، يقول الجيش الإسرائيلي إن حزب الله يستخدم منشآت مدنية مثل المستشفيات، ما يجعلها أهدافًا عسكرية، وهو ما ينفيه حزب الله.
منظمة هيومن رايتس ووتش قالت إن حجم العمليات يشير إلى تصعيد واضح، بينما أعلن وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي أن العمليات في جنوب لبنان ستتبع نموذج العمليات في مدن غزة مثل رفح وبيت حانون.
ووفق منظمة الصحة العالمية، قُتل 9 مسعفين في يوم واحد أواخر مارس، ما رفع عدد القتلى بين الطواقم الطبية خلال الشهر إلى 51.
الحرب أدت إلى مقتل 1,461 شخصًا وإصابة 4,430، مع نزوح أكثر من مليون مدني. المستشفيات، مثل مستشفى صيدا الحكومي، تعاني من نقص في الطواقم والأسرة والإمدادات.

Doctors and humanitarian groups warn that Israeli strikes in Lebanon are increasingly hitting healthcare infrastructure, raising concerns of a pattern similar to what occurred in Gaza.
Since fighting resumed on March 2, at least 56 health workers have been killed and more than 150 ambulances and emergency teams have been targeted, according to Lebanon’s Health Ministry. The attacks have forced 6 hospitals and 49 clinics to close.
Amnesty International said Israel is using the same tactics seen in Gaza in 2024 that led to the deaths of dozens of medical workers and the destruction of healthcare services.
The Israeli military says Hezbollah operates within civilian infrastructure, including hospitals, making them legitimate targets. Hezbollah denies the claims.
Human Rights Watch said the scale of operations signals a significant escalation. Israel’s defense minister said operations in southern Lebanon will follow the model used in Gaza cities such as Rafah and Beit Hanoun.
The World Health Organization said 9 paramedics were killed in one day in late March, raising the monthly toll of medical workers killed to 51.
The war has killed 1,461 people and wounded 4,430, while more than one million civilians have been displaced. Hospitals such as Sidon Government Hospital are overwhelmed and facing shortages of staff, beds, and supplies.
