مطالب من حزب الله و أمل بتأجيل الامتحانات وإلغاء «البروفيه»

طالب حزب الله وحركة أمل وزارة التربية بالتريّث في تثبيت مواعيد امتحانات الشهادة الثانوية الرسمية، والدعوة إلى إلغاء شهادة المتوسطة «البروفيه» لهذا العام والاكتفاء بنتائج العلامات المدرسية، في ظل الظروف الاستثنائية في المناطق الجنوبية.

ودعا الطرفان، في بيان مشترك، إلى تقليص المناهج من 24 إلى 18 أسبوعًا، وتأجيل تطبيق المناهج الجديدة إلى حين استكمال إعدادها وتأمين الاستقرار الأمني ووضع خطة تدريبية واضحة.

كما شدد البيان على ضرورة الحفاظ على كيان المدارس الرسمية في المناطق المتضررة، والاستمرار في استخدامها كمراكز لإيواء النازحين من دون ممارسة أي ضغوط عليهم، إلى جانب تقديمها كمراكز إضافية عند الحاجة.

وفي الشق المالي، طالب بإعفاء المدارس الخاصة في المناطق الحدودية من اشتراكات الضمان، وإقرار سلسلة رواتب جديدة تراعي التضخم، وصرف مستحقات الأساتذة، وتسوية أوضاع المتعاقدين، إلى جانب دعم أساتذة الجامعة اللبنانية.

واعتبر البيان أنّ هذه الإجراءات تشكّل «ضرورة تربوية ووطنية» لضمان استمرارية القطاع التعليمي في ظل الظروف الراهنة.

Hezbollah and the Amal Movement called on the Ministry of Education to wait before confirming the dates of the official secondary certificate exams, and to cancel the intermediate certificate Brevet for this year, relying instead on school grades, in light of the exceptional conditions in the southern regions.

In a joint statement, the two parties also called for reducing the curriculum from 24 to 18 weeks, and postponing the implementation of the new curricula until they are fully prepared, security stability is ensured, and a clear training plan is established.

The statement also stressed the need to preserve public schools in the affected areas and continue using them as shelters for displaced people without applying any pressure on them, in addition to providing them as additional shelter centers when needed.

On the financial side, it called for exempting private schools in border areas from social security contributions, approving a new salary scale that takes inflation into account, paying teachers’ dues, settling the status of contracted staff, and supporting Lebanese University professors.

The statement considered these measures a necessary educational and national step to ensure the continuity of the education sector under the current conditions.
